Are you throwing or attending a holiday party this year? Any ideas/tips to share?
I haven't attended a holiday party yet, but our annual party for Inner Circle Entertainment (Ruby Skye, Slide, Aura, SHBoom) will be held at Supperclub in February. In previous years we hosted the party in the Spanish Suite at the Clift Hotel, but with the addition of new clubs, we can't possibly fit there anymore. There's nothing like the debauchery that comes from nightclub employees.
Books, movies, music; what's in your top 5 right now?
Oh, oops, I'm sorry, I was too distracted by the Nissan logo right next to the question. How annoying. I would gladly pay for a subscription for my Vox to be ad-free.
What was your very first job?
Submitted by Laurel.
My first job was driving the beverage cart at Cherry Island Golf Course, in Elverta. After submitting to many other places, and not being hired, I was tickled to be hired there. I was still underage at seventeen to be serving alcohol, yet learned to pull a tap like a pro - there were two pony-kegs on the cart. I made a killing in tips, especially since I was still living at home. The banquets were easy and I loved hosting my friends when they came to visit and play.
What are your weekend plans?
A little late to be asking on a Saturday, eh? I will be working, as usual. All day, all night. My weekend in Sunday-Monday, where I will be attending Decompression if I make it out of bed, then stopping by my studio on Monday to pick up equipment for a shoot I have on Tuesday.
How did you meet your best friend(s)?
I met Flip (Jeremy) in high school, during our junior year. We had a few classes together. We passed notes, cut class, and partied a LOT. He's like a brother to me now.I met Sara at a club we both worked at. We also happened to live in the same apartment complex. We switched clubs together and have shared many a sake shot and hard times. She teaches me about NBA basketball, and I teach her how to use the internet.
I also met Stephanie at a club where we worked. She was getting a chair massage and with her head in the little hole, she asked me to attend a raggae festival with her. I never did make it to the festival, but we hit it off anyway. She's now married and expecting in Indiana.
How many pets have you owned in your lifetime? Tell us about them.

I currently have a tabby cat and a cichlid fish. When I was a youngin' I had gardner snakes, blue-bellied lizards, and fish. Our family had dogs, too, but they always seemed to be my father's pets - they only listened to him. We had a beagle, a schnauzer, a rottweiler, and a labrador.

What's your favorite foreign accent?
Definitely English. I don't know why. It just sounds better. I've never been a fan of American accents. Maybe because I have one, maybe because I just think our many of our citizens have just badgered it to death and "proper English" was dead long long ago.
My second favorite has to be Canadian, because it's just so...wholesome.
Tell us a little something about your first car. Do you have any photos you can share?
My first car was a gold 1985 BMW 528e. She wasn't very pretty, and cost sooo much to maintain. My father bought her from a friend and it sat for almost a year until we came up with the money to rebuild the motor. The black leather interior was cracked from the heat, the AC didn't work, and the stereo speakers sat on the back floorboard. I took her to Tijuana and Vegas before retiring her in 2001.
How cute were you as a baby/child? Let's see those baby pics!
The color versions are much cooler, but these are all I could find on my backup drive. Originals are at my studio.
